A small local business has outgrown its facility once again. Twin City Outdoor Equipment has broken ground on what will be their 3rd location in West Monroe.
The business started with a small 900 sq ft. location in downtown West Monroe and then moved to a new and larger location on Cypress St. in West Monroe in 2002. That second location, which they are still currently in, is about 8,000 sq ft. Now, they have outgrown this location and will be expanding again.
Twin City Outdoor is building a new location at 1425 Glenwood Dr. which is right past the West Monroe Walmart and Super 8. The new location is scheduled to be open between March and May 2019. We enjoy seeing our local businesses grow and expand like this.
On the note of enjoying seeing the accomplishments of our local businesses, we also wanted to point out that they were established in 1967. That means they have been in business for 51 years. What an accomplishment!
